After graduation with a Business degree with a Specialization in Accounting from the University of Ottawa , I ventured to open Castello’s pizza and restaurant , in 1998 , in one of the most beautiful villages of Canada , Navan .
Combining my academic knowledge and my expertise in the food industry has enabled me to manage and maintain a significant client base for over 18 years .
When asked what is the secret behind this continuous success considering 4 other café/restaurants have opened and closed at a walking distance from Castello’s , the answer is very simple : Never Jeopardize quality, LOVE and cherish what you do , Set fair prices , provide the best service you can provide and LOVE every customer that walk through your door and treat them like family !!!
